Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once production has started, your order is being customized to your specifications and can no longer be cancelled, modified or refunded.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We'll confirm whether production has started.

As every Krumpld product is printed and customized to your order once it's placed, we don't generally offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Personal preference regarding fit or style
• Colour preference
• Accidental or duplicate orders

That said, we understand things don't always go as planned. If you'd like to request a return, exchange or refund for one of these reasons, reach out to our support team — we review each request individually and do our best to find a fair resolution, though approval isn't guaranteed.

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure, our support team is always happy to help before you purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, contains the wrong product or has missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If you notice visible damage to the package at the time of delivery, please note this on the delivery receipt or with the courier before signing — this helps us resolve damage claims more effectively.

To investigate your claim, please provide:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• A continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the contents are fully visible.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement product or a refund depending on the nature of the issue. Replacements are typically dispatched within a few days of approval.

If you're between sizes or unsure which fit to choose, review the size guide or contact our support team before placing your order.

A measurement variation of up to ±0.5 inches (±1.27 cm) is considered normal.

If you believe your product's measurements fall outside this tolerance, please include clear photos of the item measured against a tape or ruler alongside your other claim materials, so our team can verify it accurately.

Minor variations in colour, fabric texture and print placement may occur due to the manufacturing and printing process and are not considered defects.

Our printing process uses CMYK colour blending, which may result in a printed colour that differs slightly from what you see on your screen. This is a normal part of the printing process and is not considered a defect.

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
